* This one is my personal favorite, but I am hesitant to say we should have such a huge area dedicated to couches. I'd say, to start, we can fit the furniture we have in that back room and use more of the open space to line the walls with workbenches and computer desk type areas. Maybe another large sitting area like in the 'meeting' area (upper left) where the couch area is. We'll have to see how much seating area we can fit in that back room, but I have a hunch what we have right now will fit in there OK for the time being, and we can add comfy stuff as needed (and maybe we could keep that area as close to the back room as possible since thats food'ish area, and we want to keep that area consolidated probably. Maybe a couch right outside that room also?
