- We need to keep weight of payload under 250g (.5 lb)
- There is some redundancy in the lift, could stretch to 350g
- Should be able to take pictures at regular intervals
- Fisheye?

Some jargon: cold liquids are stored in what are essentially large vacuum flasks (eg, Thermos) known alternatively as "cryostats" or "Dewars" (short for "Dewar flask").
This language is useful to this project in providing some backgrounds as to who uses helium in the area and why, and how it is used and stored and moved.
Several different kinds of medical and scientific equipment use liquid helium. When the "cryostats" of the instrumentation requiring liquid helium is filled, reportedly there is no credit back to the original user for any unused portion left in the transfer vessel, aka, a "Dewar". The unused portion may simply be left to boil off, or is returned to the supplier. With the right contacts, we might be able to cajole the dregs of a liquid helium delivery for our own use.
In order to allow us to go through with our plans even when such a source of helium is not available, or not sufficient for a full flight, we would want to procure and maintain our own stash. Even so, scrounging scrap helium (as it were) would allow us to stretch our own supply to use for additional flights.
